Philbrook Mu­seum of Art will open Philbrook Fes­ti­val, one of Tulsa's great hol­i­day tra­di­tions, Fri­day with the re­turn of a live art-mak­ing event and more. The mu­seum, 2727 S. Rock­ford Road, will trans­form for the holidays with tens of thou­sands of lights il­lu­mi­nat­ing the prop­erty from the front gate to the back gar­dens, ac­cord­ing to a news re­lease. The fes­ti­val will run through New Year's Eve. Open­ing night will in­clude the sec­ond an­nual Philbrook Draw­ing Rally, an art-mak­ing spec­ta­cle fea­tur­ing dozens of lo­cal artists draw­ing live, with each work for sale im­me­di­ately. Fes­ti­val Nights are planned for Fri­day, Nov. 24-25, Fri­days in De­cem­ber (Dec. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29) and Christ­mas Eve. The mu­seum will close at
