MOD YOUR TITAN XD? THERE’S PLENTY OF PARTS
Nissan showed off a Titan XD Pro4x at the Chicago auto show. The Cummins-powered truck was highly modified with many aftermarket performance parts to help it look and perform better, especially off road. Could these accessories be offered directly through Nissan at the time of purchase? Time will tell, but it is a possibility.
Rigid Industries supplied an E Series 20-inch Midnight Edition light bar in the front grille, an RDS Series 40-inch Midnight Edition light bar on the front bumper and Rigid Industries Titan front grille with a camera mount. Together you get enhanced lighting and don’t lose the factory front-facing camera or parking sensors for off roading or general parking. These are toggled on/off with a switch now set in to the front cup holder area.
To enable mounting the bumper lights, an N-fab M-RDS Radius Pre-runner front bumper with multi-mount for LED lights was substituted. N-fab supplied its RKR rock rails for side sill protection. Better your rock rails take a beating than the body panels.
Method Race Wheels 18X9-inch 308 Roost wheels and Hankook Dynapro ATM 285/65R18 tires look aggressive and perform the way they look; EGR bolt-on fender flares compliment the look. The bigger story is an Icon Vehicle Dynamics 3-inch lift kit, which adds more height to the already tall Titan XD.
The EGR Sport Style bar with laser-cut Titan logo that goes around the rear window finishes the package off, adding good looks and support for auxiliary lights. Add-ons from Nissan Genuine Parts delivered functional items like the rear bumper step, a sliding bed extender and sliding bed divider. The final tickle is a polished exhaust tip. UDBG
