The actress-turned-activist was indicted Monday on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance by a Virginia grand jury, court documents confirm. In November, McGowan pleaded not guilty after cocaine was found in a wallet belonging to her and left behind on her January 2017 flight to D.C. for the Women’s March.
