SAINTS, 27-20

WHO WILL WIN AND WHY

USA TODAY Sports Weekly - - LEADING OFF -

Consensus line: Saints by 71⁄ 2 Prediction: This game features two divisional foes going in opposite directions. The Saints hold a slim lead over Carolina and Atlanta in the NFC South and are riding the high of a five-game winning streak, and the Buccaneers have lost four in a row and stand dead last in the division. If the Bucs don’t turn it around soon, coach Dirk Koetter might be forced to sit his franchise quarterback, Jameis Winston, and play out the season with journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick under center. Not much has gone right for Tampa Bay, beginning with Hurricane Irma pushing its season opener against Miami back to Week 11. Look for the Saints to win their sixth in a row.
