USA TODAY Sports Weekly - - LEADING OFF -

Consensus line: Raiders by 21⁄ 2 Prediction: The regular-season series is tied 16-16-1. Oakland dominated in the beginning after the Dolphins entered the AFL in 1966, but the Dolphins have won five in a row and 11 of the last 12 dating to 1997. Miami has won the last four by a combined score of 140-58 with two of the games in Miami, one in Oak- land and one in London. This is a tough call because it’s two very inconsistent teams. The Raiders lost to Washington in Week 3 to drop their Sunday night record to 18-19; the Dolphins are 19-8 on Sunday night, and this is their second of three prime-time games in a row. The Dolphins will make up for their Thursday night stinker at Baltimore.
