BENGALS, 20-19

USA TODAY Sports Weekly - - LEADING OFF -

Consensus line: Jaguars by 31⁄ 2 Prediction: The Jaguars haven’t been in this spot in a decade, which means playing meaningful games in November is new for all involved. But the defense is good enough to keep the wins coming, and in stretches it has been dominant. QB Blake Bortles remains both a bit of a mystery and a liability, but if the Jaguars can run the ball and play with the lead, they’ll stay in the race. The Bengals’ chances lie in establishing their run game and forcing Bortles into mistakes. The Bengals have enough veteran experience to win on the road and get back in the playoff mix, but do they have the poise? This one should be decided in the final minutes.
