American corporatio­ns have billions of dollars offshore to avoid corporate taxes. They are breaking no laws, they’re just avoiding taxes. So take your pick: Pad some of the rich’s pockets and create millions of jobs, or let those billions create jobs in other nations? Charlie Walters
