Prepare yourselves for The Sound of Silence. Simon announced Monday that he will embark on a final tour. The 76-year-old will kick off Homeward Bound – The Farewell Tour on May 16. “I’ve often wondered what it would feel like to reach the point where I’d consider bringing my performing career to a natural end,” Simon said on Twitter. “Now I know: it feels a little unsettling, a touch exhilarating and something of a relief.”
