30-YEAR MORTGAGE RATES FALL FOR 1ST TIME THIS YEAR

The average rate on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages slipped to 4.44% from 4.46% last week, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said. The average rate on 15-year, fixed-rate loans declined to 3.90% from 3.94% last week.
