FBI investigates after car blast kills 3 in Pennsylvania city
A car exploded on a downtown street, killing three people and leading to a shelter-in-place order for nearby residents, and federal authorities are helping local officials investigate.
The blast happened in Allentown about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Assistant Police Chief Gail Struss said Sunday.
