Trump Tower fire: Four hurt, including three NYFD firefighters
Fire crews responded Saturday evening to a small blaze at Trump Tower in New York that left at least four injured, officials say.
The fire was reported on the 50th floor, according to the New York Fire Department. Some bystanders’ video footage showed debris falling hundreds of feet to the street.
At least one person was seriously hurt, fire officials said on Twitter. Three firefighters were left with nonlife-threatening injuries, NYFD said.
The blaze started in a home on the 50th floor, according to Eric Trump, one of the president’s sons who also helps head The Trump Organization with headquarters in the tower.
