Trump Tower fire: Four hurt, in­clud­ing three NYFD fire­fight­ers

Fire crews re­sponded Sat­ur­day evening to a small blaze at Trump Tower in New York that left at least four injured, of­fi­cials say.

The fire was re­ported on the 50th floor, ac­cord­ing to the New York Fire Depart­ment. Some by­standers’ video footage showed de­bris fall­ing hun­dreds of feet to the street.

At least one per­son was se­ri­ously hurt, fire of­fi­cials said on Twit­ter. Three fire­fight­ers were left with non­life-threat­en­ing in­juries, NYFD said.

The blaze started in a home on the 50th floor, ac­cord­ing to Eric Trump, one of the pres­i­dent’s sons who also helps head The Trump Or­ga­ni­za­tion with head­quar­ters in the tower.
