On January 23, Westgate Resort hosted a preview dinner to showcase the chefs invited to cook Valentine’s Day dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Chefs Charles Wilson of Westgate, Steve Young of Edge Steakhouse, Michael Mcneilly of Fresco Italiano, and pastry chef Stephen Sullivan served guests a sneak peek from the menu, which included fennel sausage arancini, sea scallops with truffles and Nueske’s bacon, Snake River Farms New York strip, chilled winter fruit soup and chocolatec­overed passion fruit-banana mousse.
