On Jan­uary 23, West­gate Re­sort hosted a pre­view din­ner to show­case the chefs in­vited to cook Valen­tine’s Day din­ner at the James Beard House in New York City. Chefs Charles Wil­son of West­gate, Steve Young of Edge Steak­house, Michael Mc­neilly of Fresco Ital­iano, and pas­try chef Stephen Sul­li­van served guests a sneak peek from the menu, which in­cluded fen­nel sausage arancini, sea scal­lops with truf­fles and Nueske’s ba­con, Snake River Farms New York strip, chilled win­ter fruit soup and choco­late­cov­ered pas­sion fruit-ba­nana mousse.
