Blue Rib­bon fans were dis­mayed when they heard Eric and Bruce Bromberg, who’d suc­cess­fully trans­lated their Blue Rib­bon Sushi Bar & Grill from New York City for a Ve­gas au­di­ence at Cos­mopoli­tan would be clos­ing down. Un­til they found out that the broth­ers planned to go back to their roots— a spinoff of their NYC flag­ship. Now open, the “new” Blue Rib­bon har­nesses the clan­des­tine vibe they’re known for and fo­cuses on New Amer­i­can fa­vorites like rack of lamb, beef mar­row and ox­tail mar­malade, matzo ball soup— and an amaz­ing raw bar.
