But, not sur­pris­ingly, cook­ies made with straw­ber­ries are darn good. These ten­der treats are drop cook­ies, mean­ing they’re super sim­ple to make — no rolling or cut­ting — just scoop and bake. To dis­perse the straw­ber­ries evenly through­out the dough, pulse them in a food pro­ces­sor un­til they’re finely chopped. No food pro­ces­sor? No prob­lem. Just chop the straw­ber­ries by hand. And for the per­fect tex­ture, bake the cook­ies just un­til the edges are set.
