To squeeze the water out of thawed frozen spinach, I line a re­seal­able plas­tic bag with pa­per tow­els and snip off a cor­ner of the bag small enough that the spinach stays in­side, while the water can be squeezed out. It’s easy to do and there’s no mess to clean up. Lyn Thomas, Red­mond, WA
