Makes 4 serv­ings To­tal time: 10 min­utes 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 cup sliced kiwi 1 cup sliced fresh mango 1 cup sliced banana 1 cup hulled and sliced fresh straw­ber­ries Whisk to­gether lime juice and sugar in a large bowl for the gas­trique.
