Blueberries and açai berries both pack a healthy an­tiox­i­dant punch. Makes 4 smooth­ies To­tal time: 5 min­utes

2 bananas 2 cups frozen blueberries 2 cups açai-blue­berry juice 1 cup silken tofu 1 cup plain soy milk 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Purée bananas, blueberries, juice, tofu, soy milk, and lemon juice in a blen­der. Di­vide smooth­ies among 4 glasses.
