Gar­den Tor­tilla Wraps with feta spread

Cu­cum­bers and radishes add crunch and color to these wraps. To make the tor­tillas pli­able, mi­crowave them for a few sec­onds. Makes 4 serv­ings To­tal time: 20 min­utes + chill­ing 6 oz. feta cheese, crum­bled 4 oz. cream cheese, soft­ened 1 /3 cup sour cream Minced zest of 1 lemon Salt and black pep­per to taste 3 Tbsp. minced fresh dill 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint 4 spinach or sun-dried tomato flour tor­tillas (10-inch), warmed 1 cup diced English cu­cum­bers 1 cup diced radishes 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

Purée feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and zest in a food pro­ces­sor for the feta spread; sea­son with salt and pep­per. Trans­fer feta spread to a bowl and stir in dill and mint.

Spread one fourth of the feta spread evenly over each tor­tilla. Di­vide cu­cum­bers, radishes, and red onion among tor­tillas.

Roll tor­tillas, wrap in plas­tic, and re­frig­er­ate 30 min­utes to let fill­ing set. Slice wraps into 4 pieces. Per serv­ing: 452 calo­ries; 25g to­tal fat (14g sat); 59mg chol; 1196mg sodium; 42g carb; 3g fiber; 16g pro­tein
