Her­itage earns Sil­ver Bracket ti­tle at Coosa In­vi­ta­tional tour­ney

The Her­itage Lady Gen­er­als won both ends of a home tri-match last Tues­day night, tak­ing care of Dal­ton, 25-22 and 25-10, be­fore stop­ping Ring­gold, 25-21 and 25-19.

Ari­ana Camp had nine kills and three blocks against Dal­ton and six kills ver­sus Ring­gold. Ash­ley Clin­ton fin­ished with two kills, 10 to­tal aces and 34 to­tal as­sists. An­nie Brit­ton had 13 digs against Dal­ton, while Kali Brown picked up three kills and eight digs ver­sus Ring­gold.

Her­itage ran its record to 8-1 over­all by sweep­ing Adairsville and Coahulla Creek dur­ing a tri-match in Var­nell this past Thurs­day.

The Navy-and-Red eas­ily dis­patched the Lady Tigers, 25-9 and 25-10, be­hind five kills from Macy Har­ris and 13 aces from Clin­ton.

Then, against the home team, Har­ris had eight kills, four digs and four aces in a 25-20, 25-23 vic­tory. Brown chipped in with five kills.
