Lou Ellen Mul­vaney, 70, of Lin­coln, Ark., went to be with her

Lord on Wed­nes­day,

Sept. 6, 2017, at Wash­ing­ton Re­gional Med­i­cal Cen­ter in Fayet­teville,

Ark. She was born Oct.

16, 1946, in Ven­tura, Calif., the daugh­ter of Paul and Beatrice (O’Neal) Pet­ti­grew.

She re­tired from Wash­ing­ton County As­ses­sors Of­fice. She was a mem­ber of the Sum­mers Mis­sion­ary Bap­tist Church.

She was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band, James Mul­vaney; her par­ents; four brothers, Bill Pet­ti­grew, Clin­ton Pet­ti­grew, Zolan Ray Pet­ti­grew and Ralph Pet­ti­grew; one sis­ter, Re­becca Sue Pet­ti­grew; and one great-grand­child, No­van Coyne.

She is sur­vived by her chil­dren, Ray Mul­vaney and wife Michelle, Tom Mul­vaney and wife Emily, Shawna Cunningham and hus­band Daniel; one brother, Stephen Pet­ti­grew and his lady Suzan; two sis­ters, Maridell Mays and Zona Fan­nin; 12 grand­chil­dren; and seven great-grand­chil­dren.

Fu­neral ser­vice was held at 10 a.m. Satur­day, Sept. 9, 2017, at Lug­in­buel Chapel. Burial was in the White Rock Ceme­tery and no grave­side ser­vices were held.
