Monthly Din­ner

Bethel Grove com­mu­nity will have its monthly din­ner and mu­sic Fri­day, Nov. 3 at the com­mu­nity cen­ter. Din­ner is at 6:30 p.m. with mu­sic by Ken Har­vey to fol­low at 7 p.m. Ev­ery­one bring a cov­ered dish for the meal.


Li­brary Fall Car­ni­val Farm­ing­ton Pub­lic Li­brary will spon­sor a Fall Car­ni­val, 10 a.m. to noon Satur­day, Nov. 4. It will fea­ture games, pony rides, pet­ting zoo and prizes. The car­ni­val is free to the pub­lic. Fam­i­lies are in­vited to come join the fun.

Vet­er­ans Day Pro­gram Farm­ing­ton High School will spon­sor its an­nual Vet­er­ans Day pro­gram at Car­di­nal Arena on Nov. 10. Vet­er­ans are en­cour­aged to come and be rec­og­nized and hon­ored. A break­fast for vet­er­ans and fam­i­lies will be held at 8:15 a.m. The pro­gram will be­gin at 9:30 a.m. The pub­lic is in­vited. Sgt. Ma­jor Henry Moore with the U.S. Marine Corps will be the fea­tured speaker.


Com­mu­nity Tur­key Din­ner Lin­coln will have its an­nual Com­mu­nity Tur­key Din­ner 4:30-7 p.m., Thurs­day, Nov. 9 at Lin­coln United Methodist Church. All pro­ceeds go to the high school schol­ar­ship fund.


Vet­er­ans Sup­per Oc­ci­den­tal Ma­sonic Lodge No. 436 will host a Vet­er­ans Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Sup­per, 6:30 p.m. Nov. 2. The sup­per will honor our Mil­i­tary, past, present and fu­ture. The Lodge is lo­cated at 114 N. Mock, Prairie Grove. Vet­eran’s Day is Novem­ber 11.

Vet­er­ans Day As­sem­bly Prairie Grove Mid­dle School will have its third an­nual Vet­er­ans Day As­sem­bly, Fri­day, Nov. 10. Flag raise will be at 7:50 a.m. with break­fast be­gin­ning at 8 a.m. An as­sem­bly will be held in the main gym at 9 a.m. Vet­er­ans and fam­i­lies are in­vited.
