— The Chronofighter Vintage Pulsometer from Graham takes its inspiration from doctors’ watches of the 1920s. e wearer can measure a pulse rate by starting the chrono and counting the heartbeats up to 30, then stopping the chrono. He then reads the pulse rate from the scale on the periphery of the dial. e chronograph is stopped and started using the “trigger” pusher on the side of the case, a signature of the Graham brand. e case is steel, 44 mm in diameter and water resistant to 100 meters. It’s fitted with a dome sapphire crystal that has a nonreflective coating on one side. e watch is a limited edition; there are 250 pieces with an olive green leather strap and 250 with a black one. Price: $4,450.
