PANERAI

WatchTime - - Test -

For many years, Panerai built watches exclusively for frogmen in the Italian Navy and later for divers in the navies of several other countries. The movements and cases were originally supplied by Rolex. Panerai developed its own luminous material, the distinctive “sandwich” dial with its characteristic numerals, and the brand’s unmistakable bridgestyle crown guard. Today, Panerai offers an extensive collection, but it is still based on handsome and functional Italian design. Panerai only encases its own in-house calibers, most of which – as in the past – are distinguished by a long power reserve.
