EPCOT AREA HOTELS
One of the hidden, absolute gems of Walt Disney World can be found in the area behind Epcot. This gem can be found at the area around Crescent Lake that includes the Boardwalk and the Epcot Area Hotels.
This month we take a good look at this hidden gem. We look at the Epcot Area Hotels.
The Features section this month is just amazing. I can’t wait for you to see the pictures. The Epcot Area Hotels are Disney’s Yacht Club and Disney’s Beach Club, the Boardwalk Inn and Villas and the Swan and Dolphin. These are some of the most beautiful hotels at Walt Disney World.
Oh my, this is good. This month’s Helping Hands section kicks off with a look at which Epcot Area Hotel works best for first time visitors. Next we talk about if you just Splurge on an Epcot Area Hotel or be a Scrooge and just visit them. Kathleen has a great article on Hurricanes at Walt Disney World and Amy finishes things up with a “Morning Walk on the Boardwalk.” What fun!
Each month, the Best of WDW seems to get better and better and this month is no exception. It kicks off with a look at Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. Boom! Next comes the 10 best things about the Beach Club Resort. The restaurant of the month is the Yachtsman Steakhouse. I can taste it now and the gift shop of the month is Basin in Downtown Disney and Basin White in the Grand Floridian. If you don’t know about the Basin stores, be sure to take a look.
The Fanzone is packed with fun this month. It kicks off with the monthly poll about staying in the Epcot Area Hotels. Then Cindi shows us how to make the chickpea salad served at Harambe Market. Greg talks Vinylmations and Tsum Tsums and we wind things up with our monthly Photo Contest.
What’s happening at WDW this summer? We know. Come and see all the Summer events including Frozen at the waterparks to Sounds Like Summer to the 4th of July and more.
Section k! is for kids. Duh. So let’s see what fun the kids can have this month. We start with Wally D and his typical mischief. Then the Parks kids have more fun with their new friend from Japan. Bring the Magic Home shows us how to get ready for a rundisney event. And of course we have our fun word search, crossword, games and coloring pages.
Lots of News this month kicks off Around the World. In The Little Things we head over to Typhoon Lagoon and take a surf lesson. Terri has some trivia about the frozen (little f) treats around Walt Disney World. Kim talks about this month in history and Joe takes us over to Madame Tussauds over in Orlando.
Now that’s a full issue. Time to get started…
