Ukulele con­struc­tion class re­turns

Guy Sasaki will teach his pop­u­lar ukulele con­struc­tion class start­ing Aug. 21 at Kealakehe High School.

The 15-ses­sion class runs from 6-9 p.m. on Mon­days through Dec, 11. Class fee is $120, cash only, plus $100 for ma­te­ri­als, to be paid dur­ing class. A list of re­quired tools and sup­plies will be pro­vided dur­ing the first ses­sion.

Reg­is­tra­tion must be done in per­son start­ing Mon­day and con­tin­u­ing through Aug. 11 at the Waipahu Com­mu­nity School for Adults, for­merly the Kona Com­mu­nity School for Adults, of­fice at Kealakehe In­ter­me­di­ate School. Of­fice hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon­day through Fri­day.
