Gravette Lions Club earns legacy award

Bill Mat­tler and Jeff Davis, mem­bers of the Gravette Lions Club, dis­play a high­way sign pre­sented to the club at the re­cent Dis­trict 7-I Lions Club con­ven­tion in Clarksville. The sign was pre­sented in recog­ni­tion of the club’s two legacy projects, the mu­ral on the south side of Gravette and the hu­man foos­ball court at Pop Al­lum Park. Mat­tler was elected to a three-year term on the Lions of Arkansas Foun­da­tion at the con­ven­tion and Davis was voted first vice dis­trict gover­nor elect for Arkansas.
