With a com­bined 50+ years in the hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try, Stephen de Haan and Greg Grant dis­cov­ered the over 12,000 square foot iconic Dai­ley’s lo­ca­tion in down­town At­lanta. As the 100 year old build­ing had been va­cant for many years, a com­plete ren­o­va­tion took place in­clud­ing im­port­ing two 6,000 pound Ital­ian wood burn­ing ovens. Dur­ing this time, the own­ers trav­eled through­out Naples to source the best in­gre­di­ents from the Cam­pa­nia re­gion. They later staged with Ital­ian Piz­zaiolo Mae­stros be­fore bring­ing Amalfi Pizza, a tra­di­tional Neapoli­tan trat­to­ria to life. Their restau­rant has al­ready been named by Za­gat as a “must try At­lanta Pizze­ria.”
