HAMID ROUCHDI Au­then­tic French Bak­ing

When he moved to the U.S. from the French Riviera in 1998, for­mer engi­neer Hamid Rouchdi likely never thought he’d one day spear­head the most au­then­tic French boulan­gerie et patis­serie café in Metro At­lanta. In 2015, that’s just what Rouchdi did when he opened Café Vendôme in Sandy Springs. A sea­soned en­tre­pre­neur, Rouchdi melds his mod­ern ap­proach to busi­ness with award-win­ning cui­sine that uses tra­di­tional tech­niques to bring de­lec­ta­ble French pas­tries, break­fast, lunch and, soon, din­ner to At­lanta.
