Founded in 1976 by nine ac­tors in­clud­ing Gary Sinise, Jeff Perry and Terry Kin­ney, this ensem­ble com­pany has grown into a world-renowned theater that fo­cuses on ar­tis­ti­cally chal­leng­ing works. This month sees the stage come to life with “The Chris­tians” (through Jan. 29), which fol­lows Pas­tor Paul, a suc­cess­ful pas­tor who grew his church from a small store­front to a gleam­ing me­gachurch.
