At KGB at Har­rah’s (702-369-5065), we’re look­ing for­ward to the Thanks­giv­ing Turkey Burger, the eatery’s burger of the month, topped with pea sprouts, turkey stuff­ing, white gravy, cran­berry sauce and mayo. At the other end of the spec­trum, in­dulge in a lav­ish six-course tast­ing menu at Cae­sars Palace’s Restau­rant Guy Savoy (877-346- 4642), which in­cludes the pump­kin soup pic­tured on our ta­ble of con­tents. An­dre’s at Monte Carlo (702-798-7151) also of­fers a six-course tast­ing menu fea­tur­ing sea­sonal stand­outs. China Poblano at Cos­mopoli­tan (702- 698-7900) plays with sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents all year round; through Nov. 2, check out its Day of the Dead mez­cal din­ner. Wynn Las Ve­gas’ restau­rants all of­fer Thanks­giv­ing menus for tra­di­tional and mod­ern din­ers—don’t miss the deca­dent Pump­kin Tres Leches dessert at Botero. And across town, you can re­fine your pas­try skills just in time for the hol­i­days at a pie-mak­ing class taught by su­per­star pas­try chef Megan Ro­mano at Choco­late & Spice on Nov. 4 from 4-5 pm (702-527-7772).
