Give thanks this season for the myriad holiday dining options options available. At KGB at Harrah’s (702-369-5065), we’re looking forward to the Thanksgiving Turkey Burger, the eatery’s burger of the month, topped with pea sprouts, turkey stuffing, white gravy, cranberry sauce and mayo. At the other end of the spectrum, indulge in a lavish six-course tasting menu at Caesars Palace’s Restaurant Guy Savoy (877-346- 4642), which includes the pumpkin soup pictured on our table of contents. Andre’s at Monte Carlo (702-798-7151) also offers a six-course tasting menu featuring seasonal standouts. China Poblano at Cosmopolitan (702- 698-7900) plays with seasonal ingredients all year round; through Nov. 2, check out its Day of the Dead mezcal dinner. Wynn Las Vegas’ restaurants all offer Thanksgiving menus for traditional and modern diners—don’t miss the decadent Pumpkin Tres Leches dessert at Botero. And across town, you can refine your pastry skills just in time for the holidays at a pie-making class taught by superstar pastry chef Megan Romano at Chocolate & Spice on Nov. 4 from 4-5 pm (702-527-7772).
