Arguably the most buzzed-about restaurant on the Strip, the Food Network star’s first restaurant, called simply Giada, is full of good-natured charm. The cuisine is light and flavorful; classic Italian dishes such as the chicken cacciatore (above) seem brand new. It’s not uncommon to see Giada herself making the rounds in the dining room, and her enthusiasm is infectious. Reservations are a must.
