Visionary Surroundings

Where Las Vegas - - WHERE NOW -

In no other city in the world is the competition to be better more fierce than in Las Vegas. This is particularly true of the dining scene, in which securing a top-notch chef is a given, but creating an unforgettable space is the holy grail. Such is the case with Twist (at left), the only place in the U.S. in which you can enjoy the cuisine of superstar chef Pierre Gagnaire. In addition, its perch on the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental is elegant and charming, full of gorgeous globes and a colorful palette. Oh, and the views! (702) 5908888. And over at Encore, Sinatra (above) pays homage to the legendary singer with a swank Italian joint, helmed by the masterful chef Theo Schoenegger. You won’t forget it anytime soon.
