The height of haute cuisine, Hakkasan’s Michelin-starred chef Ho Chee Boon has assembled a highly skilled team of wok and dim sum chefs that will make you wonder if you’ve ever truly had Chinese cuisine before. One of the restaurant’s stand-out dishes is the Hakka steamed dim sum platter (above), filled with little treasures such as har gau, scallop shumai, perch dumplings and black pepper duck dumplings.
