Enjoy a fun filled family-friendly weekend as our on-fire 51s welcome their slumping upstate rival, the Reno Aces. The 51s have planned a weekend full of action starting Thursday night, with dollar beer night. Friday is the day to take the kids out to the ballpark, as there will be a post-game fireworks display. On Saturday, the first 2,500 fans through the gate will receive 51s Panama hats. So escape the sun and spend some time down at the ol’ ball game. Cashman Field, 702.505.8888 —Bruce Alder

In 2010, it released its debut album, which yielded the breakthrough single “Animal.” Its since been tapped as an opening act for Thirty Seconds To Mars, Panic!
