A se­ries of cas­cad­ing wa­ter­falls and tran­quil pools flow through the ‘Ohe‘o Gulch, which is the of­fi­cial name for this at­trac­tion. The ter­raced cold springs in East Maui ri­val any nat­u­ral day spa. Trick­ling wa­ter spills over tiers of lava beds, cre­at­ing up to 24 dis­tinct pools that flow from the moun­tains all the way to the ocean. Ar­rive early since the pools can get crowded.
