The revered homegrown com­pany pirou­ettes into Lin­coln Cen­ter for its an­nual spring sea­son, thru July 8. Evening-length bal­lets from the reper­toire per­formed in June in­clude “The Golden Cock­erel,” “Le Cor­saire,” “Swan Lake” and “One­gin.” Eagerly an­tic­i­pated, and ar­riv­ing ap­pro­pri­ately enough dur­ing National Dairy Month, is the New York de­but of “Whipped Cream” (left), a fan­tas­ti­cal and lighterthan-air new con­fec­tion, chore­ographed by Alexei Rat­man­sky to mu­sic by Richard Strauss and per­formed the en­tire week be­gin­ning June 26.
