This time of year has a way of bring­ing out the ghosts, gob­lins and all things spooky. Ev­ery evening in Oc­to­ber, thou­sands of hor­ror fans flock to award-win­ning Hal­loween Hor­ror Nights at Uni­ver­sal Or­lando to see if they can brave all-new haunted houses, scare zones and live shows. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Hal­loween Party at Dis­ney’s Magic King­dom on se­lect nights in­cludes fam­ily-friendly fun, trick-or-treat­ing and a big pa­rade. At Sea World’s Hal­loween Spook­tac­u­lar, which hap­pens week­ends, Oct. 4-25, kids can trick-or-treat around the park at spe­cial stops just for them. The event, in­cluded in ad­mis­sion, fea­tures fan­ci­ful sea creatures such as sea fairies and pump­kin fish that play and dance with young guests. www.where­trav­­lando
