1.5 oz Stoli Elit .75 oz Amaro Nonino .75 oz Amaro Averna 1/6 oz or a whole tea­spoon of Fer­netBranca Stir all in­gre­di­ents to­gether and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Gar­nish with an ex­pressed grape­fruit peel for tart­ness and a mint sprig for aroma. “I love mak­ing this drink for fall be­cause we don’t have too many fall signs in our change of weather,” says Wolfe. “So this drink helps to cross the bridge of bright cit­rus that Florida is known for as well as pro­vide the spices that are syn­ony­mous with the sea­son.”
