The lat­est con­cept in celebrity chef Michael Mina’s pop-up se­ries Mina Test Kitchen is Post­cards from La Costiera. In­spired by a re­cent trip that Mina took to Italy’s coast with chef Adam So­bel, the light and bright menu trans­ports guests to a sunny seashore with crudo, whole fish, pas­tas and re­gional wines. Meals start with a sa­vory zep­pole cov­ered in caviar and bur­rata and end with home­made limon­cello.
