Choices are as varied the city: oysters on the half shell at seafood hotspot Coastal Kitchen, Mexico-City-style street tacos and scratch margaritas at Mama’s Cantina in Belltown, and sustainable gastropub fare at Local 360. With a tiered prix-fixe menu ($22, $33, $44, and $18 for lunch), diners are free to mix and match cocktails, small plates, entrées, desserts and wine pairings.
