Shug’s Soda Foun­tain be­came an in­stant clas­sic when it opened last year in Pike Place Mar­ket, thanks to its photo-ready floats in a charm­ing spot. Nearby, add soft-serve vanilla to one of the con­coc­tions at Rachel’s Ginger Beer for a re­fresh­ing treat. For cookie fans, it re­ally doesn’t get any bet­ter than the soft, straight-from-the-oven cook­ies from Hello Robin—Salted But­ter­scotch is par­tic­u­larly deca­dent. For a grownup Oreo, Crumble & Flake makes the Cheweo, with ro­tat­ing fill­ing fla­vors.
