Cel­e­brat­ing its 28th an­niver­sary in 2017,

is the largest HIV fundrais­ing event in Wis­con­sin. The event takes place Oct. 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and starts and fin­ishes on the Sum­mer­fest Grounds at Henry Maier Fes­ti­val Park, 635 E. Sum­mer­fest Place, Mil­wau­kee. Run reg­is­tra­tion is $30. The route tra­verses Mil­wau­kee’s lake­front and in­cludes rest stops. A free open­ing cer­e­mony with ac­tress Jane Lynch, this year’s hon­orary chair, be­gins at noon.
