Chamomile Honey Syrup (recipe below) 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1 oz. sparkling water 6 to 7 mint leaves ✤ Muddle cucumber in cocktail shaker, then fill halfway with ice. Add syrup, lime juice, sparkling water and mint leaves. Shake well, then strain into tall glass over ice.
