Our nutrition team used guidelines from The Metabolism Plan to create these special menus for you to try. Enjoy the basic menu during your first day on this plan. On day two, begin testing up to one new food a day using the instructions, right. If you don’t react to a food, add it freely thereafter. Portions given are suggestions; eat as much or as little as you need to feel content while eating just three meals and one snack per day. While using this plan, be sure to drink plenty of water. Most herbs/spices are anti-inflammatory and unlikely to trigger a reaction, but do avoid chili powder, fennel, anise and paprika until you test them. Limit salt, too, as it can cause fluid retention and interfere with test results. As always, get a doctor’s okay to try any new plan.
