Ev­ery­one loves s’mores—and now you can en­joy them any­time, no camp­fire needed!

1/2 cup un­salted but­ter

1 pkg. (16 oz.) mini marsh­mal­lows

1 pkg. (12 oz.) Golden Gra­hams ce­real 4 oz. dark choco­late, roughly chopped

● Grease 8" square bak­ing pan and set aside. In large pot, melt but­ter over medium- high heat. Add marsh­mal­lows; stir un­til com­pletely melted. Re­move from heat; fold in Golden Gra­hams un­til well coated. Trans­fer to pan; spread evenly us­ing but­tered spat­ula.

● When cooled, cut into squares. In small mi­crowavesafe bowl, mi­crowave choco­late on High 1 minute and stir. If not com­pletely melted, con­tinue to mi­crowave in 15-sec­ond in­ter­vals, stir­ring af­ter each, un­til smooth. Driz­zle squares with melted choco­late and serve im­me­di­ately.
