Shake: In blender, blitz 1 cup iced green tea, 1/2 cup unsweet­ened al­mond or co­conut milk, 2 scoops vanilla pro­tein pow­der, 1 Tbs. co­conut oil, 1 Tbs. ground flaxseeds, 1 scoop “su­per greens” pow­der ( such as Saragot­’s Re­set360 or Wal­’s Coun­try Farms Su­per Greens) and 6-8 ice cubes


Break­fast Salad: 1 egg, any style, over a large leafy green salad with op­tional top­pings such as chopped ap­ple, su­gar snap peas, roasted diced sweet potato and 1 slice crum­bled ni­trate-free turkey ba­con; for dress­ing, whisk to­gether 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1 Tbs. bal­samic vine­gar, 1/4 tsp. maple ex­tract, 1/2 tsp. Di­jon mus­tard and dash salt.
