Shake: In blender, blitz 1 cup iced green tea, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbs. coconut oil, 1 Tbs. ground flaxseeds, 1 scoop “super greens” powder ( such as Saragottfriedmd.com’s Reset360 or Walmart.com’s Country Farms Super Greens) and 6-8 ice cubes
Breakfast Salad: 1 egg, any style, over a large leafy green salad with optional toppings such as chopped apple, sugar snap peas, roasted diced sweet potato and 1 slice crumbled nitrate-free turkey bacon; for dressing, whisk together 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp. maple extract, 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard and dash salt.
