Use this plan long term!
To use this plan longer than five days, simply continue to enjoy unlimited fruit, smoothies and veggies throughout the day and experiment with incorporating a variety of healthy foods. Our nutrition team recommends 6 oz. of any lean protein, 2-3 servings of healthy fat and 2-3 servings of whole-grain carbs daily. In addition, enjoy several “free meals” a week at which you eat whatever you like.
