Mix ground beef with Worces­ter­shire sauce, gar­lic pow­der, salt and pep­per. Shape into 1/2"-thick pat­ties. In large non­stick skil­let, heat a lit­tle oil over medium heat. Add pat­ties; cook un­til browned; turn over and add sliced onion. Cook un­til onion browns. Add 1 jar beef gravy; cover and cook over low heat un­til pat­ties are cooked through and onion is soft­ened. Serve over noo­dles tossed with chopped fresh pars­ley.
