Stir-fried chicken and veggies!
Toss 1" boneless chicken breast strips in a mixture of soy sauce, honey and garlic powder; brown in a little hot oil in a nonstick skillet. Add drained thawed frozen stir-fry vegetables; cook, stirring, until heated. Mix 1 tsp. cornstarch into 1/3 cup water; add to skillet with soy sauce to taste. Cook, stirring, until liquid has thickened and chicken is cooked through.
