Toss 1" bone­less chicken breast strips in a mix­ture of soy sauce, honey and gar­lic pow­der; brown in a lit­tle hot oil in a non­stick skil­let. Add drained thawed frozen stir-fry veg­eta­bles; cook, stir­ring, un­til heated. Mix 1 tsp. corn­starch into 1/3 cup wa­ter; add to skil­let with soy sauce to taste. Cook, stir­ring, un­til liq­uid has thick­ened and chicken is cooked through.
