Gen­er­ously spread salted cara

mel sauce on the rim of a glass. Press mini pret­zels into rim and freeze 5 min­utes. Blend 2 cups dulce de leche ice cream, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup caramel sauce un­til smooth. Pour into glass; top with whipped cream, caramel corn and skew­ered caramels.
